Harms are more severe in intensity when compared to a clash in the Earthly Branch simply because in a clash you can see the clash coming and hence you can brace yourself for it. A harm however, happens in most unlikely situations where the emotional distress is greater.

Before you begin this lesson, do recap on the lessons on combinations and clashes in the Earthly Branch. By understanding these relationships empowers you with the knowledge to interpret a Bazi Chart with its Luck and Annual Pillars effectively.

Harm can appear in the natal chart or between the natal chart with the Luck and Annual Pillars. Typically, there are 6 types of Harms which carries slight differences in meaning and interpretation. However, at this level of your Bazi study, a Harm relationship will caused some form of emotional pain, betrayal or some hidden agenda for an individual.

Remember, we learn Bazi to make informed decisions in life. This is a critical example of how we can reduce the jolt in your life.
