The lesson on eyebrows begins with Joey explaining the significance of eyebrows in understanding a person's character and temperament. While eyebrows might seem like Mother Nature's mere add-ons to a human face, they actually hold significant value in the practice of Face Reading.

Strong eyebrows correspond to certain personality traits, while the reverse also correspond to particular traits. As eyebrows are often noted to have expressive tendencies and abilities (such as in cartoons and comics when eyebrows are exaggerated to provide some insight into a character's emotional state), it therefore plays an important role in Face Reading.

The eyebrows are in fact the secondary Career Palace in Face Reading. It denotes a person's drive and determination to succeed in one's career, as well as the possibility of alliances and networks with others.

Various aspects of eyebrow evaluation to consider include eyebrow length, the setting of the eyebrows, and the hair length and density. For example, what does it mean to have sparse eyebrows that grow downward? Even a person's eyebrow bones hold enough information to indicate a person's strength of character.

A universal point of concern for many beauty-conscious people, the "uni-brow" or "mono brow" can also convey information about a person. As Joey explains it, the distance between the eyebrows can convey useful information if a person is balanced or moderate enough, or someone who is impulsive and temperamental. The quality and texture of the space between the eyebrows, whether it is fleshy or sunken, also holds information that is relevant to Face Reading practice.

As for all his other lessons, Joey advises students to practice their newly-learned eyebrow reading skills on their own pair – and once they've done that, to move on to reading the eyebrows of others. The best way to become more proficient at Face Reading is to practice, practice, practice!
