Whether you're continuing where you left off in Module 1 or have just joined us from another school, surely you must know by now that classical Feng Shui is not about putting items around the place - all in the name of acquiring `good luck'?

Feng Shui is a study of landforms and the Qi that different environmental features contain, circulate and conduct. Put simply, Feng Shui is a study of landforms AND Qi, and how these two interact to influence our life's endeavors and outcomes. To know mountains, rivers, lakes etc. is to know the types of Qi present...and how we can tap into these Qi to aid us in our efforts in making the most of our Earth Luck (i.e. what life has to offer us)!

The work of a highly-skilled Feng Shui practitioner is subtle and only discernible by another Feng Shui master of equal caliber. But perhaps, the most important question you should be asking now is: How is this possible?

Indeed, how can subtlety be demonstrated in applying Feng Shui knowledge? Surely this is an art that combines wisdom, experience and grace so inextricably, that the only thing one can do is marvel at its effects?

It is always human nature to fear what we do not know. But suppose we came to realize - and accept - that there's an invisible force that subtly makes its presence felt in ways more tangible. Suppose we are presented with the means to study this force, and learn its ways. And finally, suppose we are able to harness and tap into this force and its useful energies - whilst avoiding or negating its more harmful properties - to assist us in our endeavors and help us attain our goals in life.

So let's not mince words. You've already acquired a considerable amount of mastery of the subject, which you're able to put into practice - even before you sign-up for Module 2. So, what exactly makes Module 2 so distinctive and important, that even experienced practitioners have been known to undergo this course?

Feng Shui Module 2 inducts you into the practical aspects of this metaphysical science. You'll be expected to take what you've studied in Module 1, and put theory into practice - intensively - from Module 2 onwards.

And this can only be achieved if your command and knowledge of classics such as Di Li Bian Zheng (Earth Study Discern Truth), Ru Di Yan (Entering Earth Eye), Qing Nang Jing (Green Satchel Classics) et al are deeply ingrained within your very self...awaiting to be tapped into, at your disposal.

But that's not all. You should - and would - be pleased to know that Module 2 will also build upon and enhance your mastery of Ba Zhai (Eight Mansions), as well as induct you into the fascinating world of Xuan Kong Feng Shui!

Xuan Kong loosely translates as `The Mysterious Void'. It's a study of Early and Later Heaven, and how the Universe changes in tandem with time. It remains an axiom that change - or flux - is the only constant in life, and Chinese Metaphysical subjects such as Xuan Kong and Yi Jing address this topic in great detail.

As you know by now, there are two main schools of thought that form the backbone of classical Feng Shui today: The San Yuan School; and the San He School. The San He School focuses more on landforms, and how different natural features produce and emanate different Qi.

The San Yuan School, meanwhile, prefers to occupy itself with the study of Qi vis-à-vis Time. Make no mistake, though...BOTH these Schools consider Location and Direction to be of the utmost importance in determining Qi patterns and changes. However, San Yuan Feng Shui also factors in Time as one of the determinants of Qi - given that the Universe is always in motion, and all things are no exception to the influence of Time.

So as you can probably guess by now, Xuan Kong has a lot to do with San Yuan Feng Shui, in that they both share a common factor: The study of Time in the context of Feng Shui.

But with Xuan Kong, you're also able to engage in Predictive Feng Shui - where you can just walk into a building or house, and just by looking at its surroundings and interior, tell what has happened within that building... and what is bound to happen to the occupants of the building in time to come. And all before you even whip out your Luo Pan (compass) to take exact measurements.

You now see why we have a separate Xuan Kong Mastery Series. And Feng Shui Module 2 is the pre-requisite to enrolling for our Xuan Kong Mastery Series.
