Increasing Wealth Prospects in 2010
As we head towards the end of the Earth Ox year, the Tiger year looms ahead with many upcoming changes, movement and potential growth which will affect all of us. It is during this period that we should be planning our actions and initiatives to be in line with the energies of the coming year.
From the Feng Shui perspective, besides getting acquainted with (and thus, avoiding!) the annual afflictions of the year, we need to focus on the beneficial sectors. For quick, short-term results, we turn to the powerful annual Flying Stars which affect the different locations within a house. Let's take a sneak peak into what 2010 has to offer.
For those needing a boost in your income, particularly for endeavours which are of a longer-term nature, such as starting a permanent job in a corporation or with the government, the Northwest sector will be a good area. If you have a door in the Northwest, you'll also find that wealth activities such as investment or work that hinges on recognition and the limelight will prosper.
The energies in the West sector in 2010 will be good for those who are undertaking a long-term, strategic action plan towards a project or end-goal. In addition, those whose jobs require good word-of-mouth and reputation should utilize this sector as much as possible (or use a door located in this sector, if available).
For those who hold a corporate position, having a main door in the East will be a boon for those in line for a promotion (of course, your external forms have to be supportive!). The East is a good location for an office or study for those wanting to move up the corporate ladder, to increase support from bosses and to improve one's network of helpful work acquaintances.
These are just some examples of the upcoming Feng Shui changes that lie ahead in the year of the Tiger. Of course, we also need to combine the usage of the annual Feng Shui energies with a look at our own astrological chart to know what challenges and opportunities lay ahead. As we head to the year-end, now's the time for such planning and preparation!
