Outlook for October

Many of the wealth stars are functioning too effectively in the month of October - furthermore, this being an Earth month in the year of excess Earth is hardly something one looks forward to.

The Southeast sector finds the appearance of the monthly #5 Yellow Star, rendering risk and danger to financial dealings. If you door is here in the SE, proceed with caution, especially if you are Gua #3 or a Jia Wood Day Master. Expect nasty surprises. Keep this sector quiet. Help can be found near government buildings.

The Wood Star #3 meeting the Metal #6 in the Southwest is about potential accidents while travelling, and injury to the feet. Elderly females using this sector (whether door or room) should take care against falling or tripping in windy areas, or places such as gardens, flower exhibitions, and hair-styling salons.

#4 meeting #7 in the East sector indicates saying the wrong thing, miscommunication, and subsequent arguments. Those in the education industry using the East door will suffer more adverse effects on this sector.

Last but not least, the Northeast's 9-3 is a false indication of hope. Be careful of promises you make and receive. Sort your facts out before starting a new venture or project if your office or bedroom is here in the NE. Being over-enthusiastic here is like a bull charging off a cliff.

Bad news aside, the Northwest can be used for business negotiations and other forms of persuasion. The Nobleman comes in a form of a lonely person or someone from a highland region. The NW carries some effect of 'Metal Water Overly Sentimental' this autumn - so if you room or door falls in this sector, take heed on emotional problems hitting your relationships. Take a break, travel somewhere new, and see the world. Your view on life and people might just be different after that.

The South is also fairly positive with the meeting of the 1-4. For those looking for a good dose of new romance, use this sector more frequently this month. Speaking of meeting the right person, this sector is also beneficial for those in business of agriculture, farming, storage, and human resource management. Gua #2 benefits greatly here.

As for improving cash-flow, look to the West sector. And because all the wealth stars do not conform to the 'Direct & Indirect Spirit' locations this month, things will start to move uphill financially. BaZi-wise, those charts that 'dislike' Earth (what is usually known as your unfavourable element) should be wary of false hopes and promises this month. Some things are really too good to be true. Take matters into your own hands instead of waiting for someone else to do the job or solve the problem (it won't happen!).

Wood Day Masters should approach wealth in a steady manner this month. Curb your enthusiasm and think logically. Metal Day Masters - time to let the ball roll on its own this time round. Stubbornness will only lead to frustration.

Fire Day Masters - if you are heading towards a burnout, take a break in a forest retreat or go jungle trekking. But back-up your hard-drives before you go. Earth people can expect to 'invest' their cash in relationship-building and meeting new people. Or simply partying too much.

Water people - stay out of trouble in the month of Jia Xu. Remember, the best quality of water is clear, warm, and translucent - meaning: being invisible.
