Shipping Information
Mastery Academy (MA) Store can ship to almost any address in the world.
You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
Please also note that each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We trust no other courier other than the best. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order.
Assuming that we have the item in stock, you will receive your order within 5-10 days.
We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable and to advise you on the new available date.

The MA Store shipping policy is split into different classes, depending on Base Fee according to your country and the Class Fee on each of the items in your MA Store order.
Why a Class Fee for each of the items in my order? This is a systematic way of categorizing an item in your order depending on its weight and size. Therefore, the lighter and smaller an item is, the cheaper the cost of the Class Fee.
To calculate your total shipping cost, refer to the shipping table above for your respective zone. Add the Base Fee according to your zone and the Classes Fee of each item in your order.
Example 1
If you are ordering from the United States and have ordered 3 items (2 items from Class A and 1 item from Class B), this is the calculation of your shipping cost.

Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MA Store , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns and Refunds

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchases from us. MA Store has a 15-day, Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product for a refund or exchange it for another product or a gift voucher*. This is our absolute commitment to satisfying your every need!
Return Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MA Store and that the items are in good sellable conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, ensure the parcel is clearly written as a return item and ship it back to the correct address. Please use either standard or normal registered post to ship your items back to us. If you are not sure of which post to use, do not hesitate to contact us. Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
* Excludes all shipping and handling fee. Items must be sent back to us (shipping borne by you) for a refund or exchange on your items. We only refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
