On June 12 and 13, the BaZi Mastery Series Module 1 course was held at the Mastery Academy in Kuala Lumpur. The course was taught by MA Instructor Bernice Low and attended by students who were keen to learn all about the basics of BaZi.

An energetic and exuberant Bernice kept the students enthralled and entertained throughout the 2 days of introductory BaZi lessons. Students were taught the fundamentals of BaZi, beginning with the Jia Zi (60 Day Pillars) and the Eight Pillars, as well as the Cosmic Trinity and the role it plays in one's BaZi.

An overview of the concept of Yin and Yang, Five Elements, Qi, and Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches was also part of the course. Bernice shared with the class the relevance of each principle and explained the ways in which BaZi applies to the various aspects of life.

Towards the end, after the students had grasped the essential theories, real-life case studies were presented to the students to enable them to try their hands at analyzing BaZi charts and to derive their own readings. Guided carefully by Bernice, this element of the course proved to be insightful, eye-opening, and utterly lively. Students were able to put into practice all that they had absorbed about BaZi over the course of the 2 days.
