Kuala Lumpur, 13th – 17th June 2007
The Mastery Academy recently conducted Module 4 of its BaZi Mastery Series ™, which was held at the Boulevard Hotel in Mid-Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
A dinner reception was held on the evening before commencement of the course to welcome students and practitioners, some of whom have traveled from as far as Canada. Joey also welcomed two of his senior instructors, Helen Weber and Sherry Merchant, who had specially flown-in from France and India to assist as course facilitators.
Module 4 is the highest level of the Academy’s BaZi Mastery Series, and despite its content-intensive approach, 5 days were nevertheless required to cover the entire syllabus. This Module requires students to delve into highly sophisticated BaZi concepts such as deciphering the ancient classics (like Di Tian Sui, Qiong Tong Bao Jian, Yuan Hai Zi Peng and San Ming Tong Hui), sharpening their analytical skills through various specialized methods including Joey Yap’s 60 Pillars Imagery, Shifting Palace and BaZi Gua Divination techniques, and using BaZi as a personalized tool for Date Selection.
To mark the end of a successfully-conducted course and to commemorate the graduation of students who had worked very hard to complete this advanced-level course over the last 5 days, a special dinner was held at the Westin Hotel on the final day of Module 4. During his Graduation Dinner speech, Joey also announced that the Mastery Academy will be conducting Post-Graduate BaZi courses, from next year onwards. These specialized courses are the equivalent of a Masters or PhD level at a university, where graduates will research the BaZi classics in great depth.
With the dinner, Module 4 ended on a high note, with special thanks going to the students for their dedication in perfecting their knowledge, and to Sherry Merchant from India and Helene Weber from France for their kind assistance.
