The Mastery Academy was invited by the Malaysia International Property Showcase to present a talk on "Feng Shui for Properties." Presented by MA Consultant Toh Kong Eu, the talk took place at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) and was organised by Exhibition Guide (M) Sdn Bhd.
The talk was an intimate gathering of enthusiasts and home-owners or potential home-owners who were curious to learn more about the application of Feng Shui to properties in general, and homes more specifically. During the start of the hour, Toh began with an instructive explanation on Qi and the nature of Qi and how it is used in Feng Shui. He then proceeded to talk about directions and the importance of utilising the correct direction in relation to the two key concepts of Feng Shui – Water and Mountains.
Toh also touched on the 3 key areas of the home: the location and direction of the main door, the location of the bedroom, and the location of the kitchen. He also explained the significance and role of Mountains in applying Feng Shui to properties, in terms of the basics: direction and location. Toh also clarified the importance of Bright Halls and its magnitude in terms of Qi collection - and described the ideal conditions for a Bright Hall for optimal Qi dispersion. He also went into an explication of the differences between Period 8 and Period 9 properties.
The talk ended with a brief session for questions from the audience members, some of whom had some specific Feng Shui-related questions to ask about their own properties, or who wanted to clarify some predicaments or problems related to Feng Shui application and use.
