On 10th January 2004, Joey Yap was invited by OCBC Bank to address its distinguished guests and valued customers at the Mines Business Park. Close to 200 of the Bank’s priority customers and prominent figures in the Malaysian business world attended. The event was graced by the Chairman of the Mines Resort City who gave an inspiring introduction to the occasion.
Joey’s talk on Feng Shui for business was delivered with his usual gusto and trademark charm. He gave the audience a great overview of Classical Feng Shui and touched on the significance and application of feng shui in general. Joey also covered the relevance of Period 8 and feng shui for year 2004 in general. It was refreshing for many to learn that, contrary to common beliefs, Period 8 does not necessarily involve the massive renovations of their homes nor does it necessarily mean the end of their luck period.
The Q&A session, though brief, was brimming with knowledgeable Feng Shui questions from the audience and Joey had quite a handful to contend with. He dealt each and every one with forthright replies and kept the audience smiling with his witty remarks as well.
Towards the end of this talk, quite a few of the audience expressed to the organizers their delight in Joey’s open manner and forthright discussions on Classical Feng Shui.
