I think the case studies that Joey mentioned in class are useful. Such case studies will help us to apply what we learnt effectively. Song Tang Yih, Singapore

Feng Shui consultant and author Joey Yap ended 2006 on a high note, with his book Feng Shui for Homebuyers: Interior hitting the top 10 on the best-selling list of MPH Bookstores again.
In this book, potential homebuyers are provided unique insights into the positive and negative aspects of a property they may be eyeing – from a Feng Shui perspective, of course. Written in simple, easy-to-understand English, Joey also advises readers on what to look out for while house hunting, in addition to debunking many a superstition or myth regarding residential Feng Shui. Complete with color illustrations, photographs and floor plans, Feng Shui for Homebuyers: Interior infuses pragmatism by making the advisory process of house hunting fun, while retaining its solemn objective!
