More than 200 participants showed up at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel and Conference Centre in London on 11th October 2015, to attend a workshop by Dato’ Joey Yap. The extensive exploration of the ancient art lasted from 10am to 5pm, focusing on life endeavours and how they can be best achieved with the manifestation of cosmic energy. The crowd was certainly captivated by the insightful perspective of the speaker in transforming both personal and professional lives.
Dato’ Joey Yap started the talk with the profiling of individuals using the BaZi tool, which highlights the various areas of life such as personality, career, relationship and health. He emphasized the importance of self-discovery in the person’s quest for self-improvement, while adapting the topic to the application of war strategies that were once used by the acclaimed war strategist, Sun Tzu. Relating the art to today’s context, it was also highlighted in the seminar how the diverse applications can be applied in modern businesses.
One of the highlights of the workshop was Dato’ Joey Yap’s sharing of the Qi Men 5 Charms method which is an invaluable tool for all Qi Men enthusiasts. Covering this topic in great detail, he had also demonstrated the different variables that practitioners would need to look into before executing a particular strategy or move. This was followed by a session on Qi Men Feng Shui, which discussed about how properties can facilitate an individual’s ambitions and endeavours for the year.
