July 2 – 3, 2011
Joey Yap was invited to present two talks at the Taylor's University Open Day over the weekend. The talks, an hour-long session each, was held at the Lecture Theatre in Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
At the first talk, entitled Choose the Right Career Path for You, presented on July 2 at 11.15am, Joey spoke on the importance of choosing suitable career paths based on the individual's personality and how the BaZi Personality Profiling system can be a valuable tool for anyone, particularly students, who are deciding on their future.
BaZi is an ancient and highly accurate discipline on Personality Analysis in Chinese Astrology. It doesn't require any tedious personality tests to decode an individual's unique personality - just his or her date and time of birth. He introduced the third level of BaZi Profiling: the ten Profiles and each of its unique qualities. By identifying a person's Profile, they will have a better understanding of the roles they play in life and narrow down the type of career suitable for their nature to ensure better success.
The next day, Joey's talk took on a different topic entitled Feng Shui & Architecture, which drew a bigger crowd into the Lecture Theatre. Starting at 12.15pm, Joey wasted no time with an introduction on Feng Shui and explained the flow of how a Feng Shui consultation or audit on a property is conducted.
He also shared useful tips such as the Best Direction and Flying Stars for the year. The attendees - which consist of Taylor's University lecturers, staff, students and their parents - also had a chance to learn some useful Feng Shui techniques they can apply when investing on a property.
Both talks were truly eye-opening to those who attended and some were already eager to apply what they learnt from Joey in order to make the best of their career choices and future.
