To say that the subject of 'Personality Profiling' perked the interest of attendees of the Brain Skills Conference, organized by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), would be an understatement that Friday. In fact, once it was announced that Joey Yap would be presenting his session on the subject that afternoon, many attendees thronged Joey's booth at the foyer anxiously trying to get their BaZi charts printed for the session. Joey was one of the five speakers invited to the university's one-day event held at the Grand Ballroom of Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. His session began at 2.30pm. The excitement for his session built up early when the event started at 8.30am. In order to prepare for the 'Personality Profiling' session, the attendees need to have their own BaZi charts for better understanding. Hence, everyone made a bee line straight to Joey's booth on the early part of the day.
BaZi is an ancient and highly accurate discipline on Character Analysis in Chinese Astrology. It doesn't require any tedious personality tests to decode an individual's unique personality - just his or her day and time of birth. During his session, Joey focused on the first level of BaZi Personality Profiling: the ten Day Masters. His jovial yet lively presentation, as usual, captivated the audience's attention as he shares the unique characteristics of each Day Masters, which is based on an individual's day of birth that unveils the inborn traits. It certainly brought much laughter from the audience when he listed out all the healthy and unhealthy nature of each personality; every quirks and quarks that makes each individual unique. Thoroughly an enjoyable and informative session for all as the attendees gets a clearer picture of who they are, all thanks to Joey's quick lesson on Personality Profiling.
