At the recent PropertyKingdom.com Expo held in conjunction with Prime & Premium Property Showcase in Dewan Tun Razak, Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Dato' Joey Yap presented a special talk to the attendees. The one-hour session was sponsored by Ultimate International Events Sdn Bhd.

Dato' Joey enlightened the attendees of the expo, many who were potential homebuyers, on the various techniques to correctly identify Feng Shui flaws in a specific environment. He also explained on the qualities of internal and external Feng Shui and what really matters in the environment in relation to Feng Shui perspectives.

At the end of his talk, the attendees were lucky enough to witness a quick Feng Shui assessment by Dato' Joey for a chosen property.
