Property, Construction Industries to See Slow Growth, Says Chinese Metaphysics Consultant Yap
Source : The Edge Property
Date : 10 Jan 2016
by Racheal Lee

The property and construction industries will see strong earnings but slow growth in 2016, said Chinese Metaphysics consultant Dato Joey Yap.

Speaking at Joey Yap's Feng Shui & Astrology 2016 seminar here today, he explained that this prediction is based on the Earth element these two industries belong to.

"2016 belongs to the Fire element, with very little Earth element," he said. "So industries belonging to the Earth element will not perform as well as others."

Other sectors under the Earth element include insurance, mining and escrow industries.

According to the Chinese calendar, Feb 4 is the start of the transitional solar year of the Fire Monkey.

Yap said the Metal element represents cash in 2016, and that people with Metal elements in their Natal Chart and have extra money should buy properties.

"Yes, the property market is not good now but it is a buyers' market now," he added. "However, it is not for (property) flipping."
