 The month of April saw Joey Yap
in London for the long awaited Xuan Kong and BaZi Mastery Series. Held at the
prestigious Westbury Mayfair on Bond Street, this quaint location is famed for
its boutiques like Armani and Versace.
The BaZi Mastery Series ran from 3rd to 6th April with the Xuan Kong Mastery Series
following shortly thereafter from 8th to 11th April. As it was the first time
the Xuan Kong Mastery Series was being held in London, students from as far as
Tunisia, South Africa, Russia, Norway, Spain and Greece came to attend the course.
Some previous Module 4 students were also present and they expressed their delight
at just how much they had learnt and how advanced the courses were.

A special dinner with students was held on the evening of April 6, 2004. A notable
presence for dinner one night with students was Stephen Skinner, the publisher
of Feng Shui For Modern Living magazine and author of various Feng Shui reference
books. As a bonus for the students, Joey also conducted a brief informal talk
on the various factors governing Feng Shui in Period 8 as well as how to best
make use of the opportunities it presented. A subsequent dinner cum “Face Reading”
talk was also held on April 12, 2004. The subject of Chinese Face Reading was
well received by the students and guests.
A great deal of credit and thanks goes to Jayne Goodrick whose hard work and dedication
ensured that the classes were well organized and the students taken very good
care of.
