Book lovers, particularly those visiting the MPH Bookstores in Gurney Plaza and Queensbay Mall in Penang on 27th January, got a special treat when Joey conducted a talk on the Feng Shui Outlook for 2007 at both venues.
A good turnout from the crowd showed that the talk had been well-anticipated by them. Even before the talk started, most of the seats at both venues were taken up by early comers who wanted to ensure that they got the best sitting position to listen to Joey’s revealing talk on what to expect in the year of the Fire Boar.
Joey received a rousing welcome from the audience when he appeared for the talk. He started with a discussion on the challenges and opportunities that await in 2007.
For those who came prepared, they did not waste their time and started taking down notes and pointers as soon as the talk began while others were seen giving their full attention to Joey.
Before delving further into the outlook for the year, Joey defined the classical Feng Shui and explained how it can be used to improve Health, Relationship, Career and Wealth prospects. Later, he moved on to the topic of Flying Stars, which allows the identification of the type of Qi that affect each individual sector of a residence or office.
The audience moved in closer as Joey shared with them which sectors were considered ideal and which sectors were to be avoided. This knowledge will surely become useful in planning their life this year.
A Q&A session at the end of this talk saw Joey attending to many questions on classical Feng Shui and its principles from the floor. In his direct yet humorous manner, Joey proceeded to answer each and every question.
Many took opportunity of the talk to purchase Joey’s books and get him to personally autograph them. Some also approached Joey to seek his advice and clarification.
The talk at both venues was successful, based on the warm response of the Penangites who had made the time to attend the talk and gained Joey’s insight into the year ahead.
