The Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement brought back its Festival of the Mind for its tenth installment on 15 June at UTAR's Kuala Lumpur campus. Dato' Joey Yap was invited to be the keynote speaker for this event, considered one of the country's foremost festivals promoting mental literacy.
At his keynote address, Dato Joey Yap stressed the value of destiny in a person's life, inspiring the audience of UTAR students and staff as well as members of the public to follow their passions and develop sincere dedication to their careers. The enthusiastic presentation for the subject "When Destiny Calls" acted as a source of inspiration for many in his audience. He also elaborated on BaZi, sharing with his audience the many wonders BaZi can work and how they can use it to their advantage.
The Festival of the Mind is an annual initiative organized by the Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement in collaboration with UTAR. Its aim is to enhance the mental literacy experience of its participants by exposing them to informative talks, exhibitions, workshops, and various activities.
