Joey Yap was invited to speak on the Feng Shui Outlook in the Year of Water Snake 2013 in a corporate talk event organised by Hennessy, a subsidiary under the organisation of Moet Hennessy Diageo Sdn. Bhd. Held on January 22, 2013, the event was conducted in Hee Lai Ton Restaurant in Serdang, Malaysia with 500 guests made up of Hennessey's corporate clients as well as its Top Management team in attendance.

Joey started his half-hour session with an analysis of the outlook for 2013, with the help of BaZi techniques and Flying Stars method. The BaZi Chart was further analysed to determine the impacts of having Celestial Animals in different Pillars in the Chart.

He later expanded on the topic of Face Reading by unveiling the right facial features that point towards a good ability to garner significant wealth potential in the future. He ended his session with a set of dates that are suitable for work commencement in 2013, specifically after Chinese New Year.
