Mid Valley MPH Bookstore
On the 20th of November, Joey Yap was invited to give a talk to promote his
new Tong Shu 2005 Diary, new Feng Shui book titled Stories and Lessons on Feng
Shui and BaZi DVD box set at MPH Bookstore in Mid Valley Megamall, Malaysia.
Scheduled to begin at 5.30pm, a sizeable crowd had begun growing before the
talk began. The organiser (MPH) is to be commended for their efforts in successfully
preparing for the talk. As Joey began his talk at the bookstore's little courtyard
area, the crowd was already brimming outside the talk area, as audiences wanted
to hear what Joey had to say about his new books.
The talk lasted about an hour and Joey had the opportunity to meet many readers
of Mastery Academy's monthly e-zine, Mastery Journal.
One Utama Popular Bookstore
On the same day, Joey Yap was also invited to launch his Tong Shu 2005 Diary
and BaZi DVD box set at Popular Bookstore in One Utama Shopping Complex at 8.00pm.
Joey arrived at 7.50pm and was subsequently told that there was no special area
inside the bookstore to conduct his talk.
He would be launching his products at the foyer entrance located outside the
bookstore that did not offer any seating facility to audiences. It was almost
8.00pm and there weren't many people outside the bookstore.
Nevertheless, when Joey proceeded to begin his talk, people emerged automatically
from all over the place and in minutes a large crowd had gathered
around the foyer to hear Joey's speech.
Joey focused his talk on Feng Shui Do's and Don'ts for the coming year 2005
which had the audience's full attention as some strived to listen closely and
some were seen scribbling furiously on bits of paper, trying their best to capture
vital tips and information given by Joey.
