For a number of people in Penang, last Sunday was a day of embracing new changes for the Year 2011. The day started off early as participants gathered at the Pinang Ballroom in Traders Hotel Penang to register for the day-long event, Joey Yap's annual Feng Shui & Astrology for 2011 seminar.
The product booths outside the ballroom saw much activity as the participants took time to purchase some books and sought consultation while awaiting for the seminar to start at 10am.
"Empowering Your Destiny" is the theme for this year's seminar and Joey was excited and ready to share his knowledge and expertise to empower the participants that day. The first session started off with a quick forecast for the Year of the Metal Rabbit, followed by some essential insights outlining the outlook for various industries from the Feng Shui perspective.
Joey went on to focus on useful Face Reading skills based on the Twelve Animal Signs. The audience was fascinated to discover how certain parts of the year are able to affect certain parts of a person's face depending on their Animal Sign. This segment brought much laughter as the participants had fun learning these skills.
They were also taught basic BaZi (Astrology) techniques on Personality Profiling. Joey also elaborated some BaZi insights which incorporated the ten Day Masters. He went on to explain the Feng Shui Annual Afflictions of the year and cautioned upon the inauspicious sectors to avoid throughout 2011. Joey also shared useful Date Selection tips for important occasions to ensure greater success for the year.
As a special treat for the Penang participants, Joey presented a preview for the Feng Shui for LifeTM Program in one session just before the lunch break. During the preview, he had selected several house plans, submitted by the participants during registration earlier, as case studies and demonstrated how Feng Shui applications can be done with ease. This preview was no doubt an eye-opener for the participants as they were able to pick up useful tips from Joey himself. After the preview, many of them had also registered for the Feng Shui for LifeTM Program to study further on the subject.
Penang was the last stop for the annual seminar in Malaysia and it ended with a resounding success, thanks to the support of the participants who were clearly excited to empower their destiny this 2011.
