AXA AFFIN Malaysia invited Mastery Academy instructor, JW Lau, to present a session on BaZi Personality Profiling to its Central Region agents. The objective of the session was to give these agents insights about personalities, a useful skill in their line of work when dealing with clients, colleagues and even themselves.
BaZi is a discipline under Chinese Astrology for Destiny and Character Analysis based on an individual's birth information. At the session, Jin Woon shared the basics of BaZi Personality Profiling, which is to identify the different ten Day Masters, inborn characteristics based on a person's day of birth.
The one-hour session which began at 8.30pm, served as an introduction to the art and science of BaZi. The agents were impressed by how accurate and easy it is to grasp this knowledge and skill. With such knowledge, it would help understand their clients' needs in order to serve them better.
This special session was held at AXA AFFIN headquarters in Chulan Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
