The Mastery Academy classroom was abuzz on the Saturday morning of June 27, 2009 for the BaZi for Relationships workshop. The workshop was conducted by the one of the Academy's BaZi instructors and consultants, Bernice Low, and was held from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Putting her unique spin on things, Bernice took the class through the unique applicability of BaZi in the context of relationships. As she emphasised, BaZi doesn't so affect the relationships that take place between people as much as it does the dynamics of those relationships. As the ties that bind us to each other are often nebulous and subtle, the knowledge of BaZi can help put us on solid ground.
She helped participants see how the Annual and 10 Year Luck Pillars can affect relationship ties, while also defining the all-important concepts of 'compatibility' and 'affinity.' It's one that's often mixed-up by those new to BaZi - but as Bernice made it clear, being clear on those definitions can go a long way towards helping you understand the role of 'love' in a relationship!
Bernice provided eye-opening insights into how the Day Master plays a significant role in analysing relationship prospects, giving examples of how we can study the Day Pillar, the Spouse Star and Spouse Palace within the chart.
She also provided advice and tips on BaZi consulting in the context of relationships, giving them insider information on how to approach clients who have relationship queries, and how to handle tricky subject matter.
Liberally sprinkled with funny anecdotes and entertaining examples, Bernice certainly kept the participants on their BaZi toes throughout the workshop - and provided plenty of food for thought for them for the time to come!
