Every professional Feng Shui consultant would always inspect the outer environment of a property. Basically, he or she will inspect the external environment of a property where Qi (energy) is produced. Remember this: the objects inside your house do not create Qi. Assessing the Qi of a property may allow occupants to discover beneficial effects on their family and the residents.
As for the internal evaluation, you would often see the consultant calculating and working with an energy map of your home after taking the right measurements and directions.
