• Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned goods in good working order.

• In general, E-Book purchased is NOT refundable. If you experience technical problems accessing or downloading the E-Book files, our technical team is happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.
• Reports purchased are NOT refundable.

To claim a refund, you must provide a written request for refund or return to the Mastery Academy via fax or email. The reception date of this written request will be used for final calculation of applicable refund policy.

If you have paid by credit card and qualify for a refund, a credit will be posted to your card within 14 days after the receipt of returned goods.

If you have paid by check or money order and qualify for a refund, the Mastery Academy will issue your refund by check or money order. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
